Continue what Ybor started
GASWORX
Since the 1880s, Ybor has been a neighborhood where people live, work, shop, and gather. All within the same walkable blocks. It was built by immigrants who created a multicultural community connected by streetcars and sustained by local businesses. That foundation is still here.
Gasworx is a 50+ acre, multi-phase district on the western edge of Ybor City, stretching toward the Channel District and downtown. The project will include eighteen city blocks with new homes, workspaces, retail, and public space. With thoughtful design that reflects the area’s character and prioritizes daily connection, we will restore Ybor City’s legacy as one of America’s best neighborhoods.
We’re honored to be part of Ybor’s next chapter, preserving what makes it unique while creating more opportunities for people to be part of its story.
ABOUT US
The team behind Gasworx
Kettler believes great neighborhoods happen when you understand what makes a place special before you ever break ground. The Gasworx team works out of our Ybor office. We live in the neighborhood we’re helping to shape. We’re passionate about creating spaces where people want to build their lives, and we understand what makes Ybor special because we’re here, too.
Casa Ybor has been championing Ybor City’s renaissance for decades, transforming former cigar factories and historic storefronts into vibrant spaces where people live, work, and gather. We know this district inside and out—from 7th Avenue landmarks to hidden warehouse gems. Our mission has always been simple: help Ybor thrive as the diverse, walkable community it was meant to be.
